What the developer actually mentions

The public description mentions curious records, ancient equipment, magical fragmentstone devices and optional secret challenges. It does not provide a complete inventory, collectible total or confirmed set of missable objects.

The completion library separates these announced content types. It does not turn every visible object in the trailer into a collectible.

A useful location guide needs context

A verified item entry should identify the region, a recognizable landmark, prerequisites, the required action and the item’s purpose. If a world state matters, the guide must name it. A picture of an object without a reproducible route is not enough for a location claim.

Once a playable build is available, collectible guides can also state whether backtracking is possible and whether the item contributes to an achievement. Until then, no missable or completion-time claims are justified.

Start with records, ancient equipment and secret challenges. Platform completion data belongs in the achievement and trophy directory once each platform publishes a real list.
